The Richey May Summer Leadership Experience is a 2-day, invitation-only conference held at our headquarters outside of Denver, Colorado. The experience is structured to give high-achieving students a mix of leadership training, personal development, firm education and culture, networking and teambuilding events.

Students will have the opportunity to network with members of the Richey May team, meet other accounting, finance and business students, participate in fun team-building activities, and be considered for our 2024 internship and associate positions.

When is the Summer Leadership Experience taking place? 
June 20^th – June 21^st 2023
Our Summer Leadership Experience will kick-off the morning of Tuesday, June 20th and close mid-afternoon Wednesday, June 21st. Richey May will provide hotel accommodation for all students participating in this program. Students will also have the chance to join in on an exciting group outing on Tuesday night.

Am I qualified? 
The Summer Leadership Experience is designed for students attending a 4-year university program, with a GPA of at least 3.0, with a focus in business and/or technology

You will be asked to submit your resume and answer a few questions
